Apologies to all the new friends I’ve been making on fbook & twitter recently but this is just a quick bit of dummy text to take up space while I sort out a few things in the background.

It’s only really here as several of my new friends seem to be slightly suspicious that I may not be a real person as I didn’t post the address of an active blog in my twitter profile. Sorry for the delay but we’re working on it.

By way of human credentials all I can say at the moment is that I manage a small volunteer bureau in Slough but am leaving soon to take up residence in Bristol with my wife, our over-sized pooch and a soon-to-be-born child (due 10 April).

My interests are nonprofit management, volunteering and how technology can be used to make both better.
